Terms of Service

The rules for using Kimo Cloud, in plain words.

Kimo Cloud is sold by Saudade Media OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us").

Kimo Cloud is collaborative design software with real-time sync. It lets you share files and design with others.

Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. Polar handles payments, taxes and invoices, and its terms also apply to your purchase.

• Plans renew every month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• When a plan ends, you get a grace period. After that, your shared files become read-only.

Keep your devices and keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your designs are yours. They are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them.

Do not use Kimo Cloud to break the law, or to harm other people or the service.

Kimo Cloud is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

If we change these terms, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
